Fresh products, craftsmanship and passion are the ingredients of classic Italian dishes, prepared by our chef and his team with a contemporary twist. Our culinary philosophy is reduced to its essentials, refining to perfection the intrinsic flavours of all our ingredients. Every evening we augment our seasonal menu with a variety of recommended dishes, that are changed on a daily basis. From Monday to Friday (12:00 till 3:30 pm) a two- or three-course business lunch menu is available.
In our Club Lounge, we offer to our guets a separate dining area with bar for private or business occasions, accommodating up to 55 people. Our private dining concept comes complete with a variety of table sizes and seating configurations, plus personalised menu suggestions and drinks recommendations. Guests availing themselves of these facilities include private individuals, companies, institutions and international diplomatic missions. The centrepiece of our gastronomic philosophy is a collection of over 250 brands of red and white wines, all properly stored and beautifully presented in our readily accessible Enoteca (special wine cellar). Here, extensive stocks from the most prestigious Italian vineyards, half-bottles and magnum bottles and full-blown rarities rub shoulders with new arrivals and dessert wines, spumante wines and an impressive selection of digestifs. The long wooden table in front of the Enoteca can accommodate up to 20 guests, making it ideal for business meetings or private functions.
